Purpose: read a cpd file and produce a cut through a
pre-defined reference point. Produces a new
cpd file that only depends on coordinates
that are not part of the reference geometry.
Modes that only contain reference points
(i.e., which are constant) are removed from
         the cpd file.

  Usage: cpdcut [-h|-?|-ver] [-w -mnd -D]
          where is an input file.

Options:
  -h : Print this help-text.
  -? : Print this help-text.
-ver : Version information.
  -w : Allow overwrite.
-mnd : Make Name Directory. Creates the name directory, if not existent.
-D : Write output to . (Ignore in input file.)

Remark: It may be beneficial to run compactoper
on the newly created cpd file.
